Return and Refund Policy

At Anaya Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Returns

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Please note that returns are not accepted after the 7-day window.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or exchange upon verifying the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected:

• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds; only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
